Disciples House

The Disciples Divinity House at Vanderbilt exists to shape outstanding ministers and theological leaders for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Disciple ministry students take classes and receive their degrees from the Divinity School. Disciples House provides scholarships and housing. Most Disciples live here, a block from campus.

Disciples House sponsors worship, meals, retreats, special classes, and programming with Disciple leaders. Here students find a supportive community of inspiring friends, lifelong colleagues, and a context in which they discover what makes them Disciples and in which their call is confirmed. It’s a great combination of an ecumenical school and a denominational home.

If you are a member of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) who is thinking about studying for ministry at Vanderbilt Divinity School, the Disciples House is for you.
